My DT Swiss Hugi240 Rear Road Hub Cracked from normal riding. Does anyone know how I can get this $250 hub replaced by DT Swiss. This company is ellusive. The web site has no U.S. phone & e-mail address is wrong. Advice: Don't ride exotic parts!
What do you mean "cracked" ?JS

I am about 195lbs. Maybe that is too big for the hubs. The spoke ripped a piece of the flange where the spoke ilets lace into the hub. Luckily, the wheel didn't completely disintegrate.
I'm rebuilding with a Duraace Hub.
