Does anybody know how much the 2002 Trek 2200 weighs?

I'm going to guess in the 19 to 20lb. range, but it will depend on the frame size and what kind of pedals you put on it and how much other junk you hang on it.

Actually, every bicycle has three weights: What the manufacturer says it weighs, what the guy who owns it says it weighs and what my scale says it weighs. My scale is ALWAYS higher than the other two.

Other than bragging rights, I don't see that it matters. If you think about it, the bragging rights are kind of a negative thing too. If you have the lightest bike in town and still aren't fast - What does that say about you?
