Advice on finding an online winter training program(3 posts)

Advice on finding an online winter training programThorman

I'm looking for a training program to do this winter. I've checked out a few online, like the Carmichael program, and am considering doing something like this to get ready for next season.

Has anyone used one of these online training programs, and if so, how well did it work for you? Thanks for the advice.

Carmichael, I understand, is fairly expensive. A couple of other options are Joe Friel at www.ultrafi.com
and Adam Myerson. You can find a contact to him at www.bike.com. He is a frequent contributor
to the training section of the website.

If you don't want to pop for a monthly coaching fee, check out Fred Matheny's upcoming e-book
on Off Season Training for Roadies. It will cost around ten or fifteen bucks. His website is
www.roadbikerider.com. Hope this info. helps.
