We have finally tracked down the problem with the missing reviews. If you still happen to notice a product that has reviews missing, please let me know and I will check into it on a case by case basis.
Instead of review summaries, the Reviews section now lists ten full reviews at a time, similar to the old way. It was changed due to what was perceived as a functionality improvement, but obviously was a mistake. I apologize, all though I was not the one who made the decision to change it in the first place.
The script that produces the Latest Review listings is back and functional and can be found at the top of the "What's New" section. We apologize for the delay in getting this feature back up and running.
We are still working on several other refinements.
