Need to find out the year this Klein Quantum was produced.

Get the serial number off the bottom bracket and give them a call. Simple as that.

Judging by the font on the graphics... I have a 96 Pulse which has the same lettering

when did Klein begin there internal cable routing?

too bad this one doesn't have it. Worse yet, the cables are on top.

I have a Klien Mantra MTB. It's nice but I think it was a mistake. I probably should have gone with a hardtail. It's harder to ride on trails than my 15 year old steel Garey Fisher first generation MTB.

I'd say this is around a 1990 bike. Klein has been internally routing cable since around 1992 or 1993 I think. By 1994 or so he was using an MC3 type stem as well, at least for the Quantum Pro.
