im a 14 year old guy who just pulled out his dad's 1970's aluminum road bike. I got it fixed and took it for a spin and it went fast. very fast. I need some help working out a training plan for hills and stuff. im a full time irish dancer also, so my legs are rediculously strong for sprinting. Endurance on long fast rides and going quickly up hills are what i need work on the most. i think the bike's a fourteen speed. any help is appreciated.
