|So I did my first 75 miles group ride [mod hilly]!! A new ball game, I had to keep up, no more my own pace but a 15.5 mph aver.
I done longer rides but at my own pace 13.5 mph ave, so any way now the back of my knees hurt, I hear some place that maybe the seat is to forward or too high,,I forget with,,any ideas?

|It may not be the seat position, it may be tight hamstrings or calf muscles. That is the point where they connect.|

|Yup, raise the seat too high and you'll have trouble walking the next couple days. Probably worth swinging by a shop and get some help on getting yours dialed in. Once someone shows you the things to look for and can see if your hips are rocking you should know if that's the source of your problem.|| |
