Looking for input on the Look 386. Anybody ride it vs. the Trek OCLV ? How about for a bigger rider (around 200), would it be stiff enough ? How's the handling / ride ?If you do crash on the bike, could you ever repare the frame ? Thanks in advance for the input !

I have a KG286. The 386 is very stiff. The construction is very similar to the Trek OCLV. The tubes are bonded to carbon lugs. For a 200lb rider, I would recommend the 386 over the other LOOK frames. I've never crashed my 286, but if you can repair a Trek OCLV, there is no reason you cannot repair a 386. The only probem you might have is Trek is in the US and LOOK is in France. Now is the time to get a 386 since most of dealers have the 2001 models on closeout. FYI, the 386 has not changed for 2002.
