My first campy group seems to deposit a lot of my brake pad on my spokes? Black stuff on all the spokes and hubs. Daytona group, is this normal?

If John Edwards can talk with the dead. Why can't he get a group of extremists togeather. If they are in heaven then lets all get extreme and if they are in Hell then we owe it to those who are still alive to know that!!

Oh, and your stupid question!

... can I try out your bike?

Maybe the reason I'm so happy riding my 30-year-old Pee-Wee special is that I've never tried out your wonder-bikes. I've ridden a few old klunker roadbikes, owned a Varsity, had access to Madison and Shimano track bikes, was loaned a 10-speed back in the 70's for a couple of months, but I never seem to get a chance to ride the nice ones, because I won't ask the stupid question.

My bike's nothing special (Softride Solo) but you can ride it if you're ever in the neighborhood. You don't even have to ask, just show up.

How come I get more flats than everyone else?

How come I'm the only one suffering in this peloton?

Why can't I ride faster?

Why does the bike go right when you point the wheel left? :-)

Why are bike tires as expensive are car tires?

Why am I not losing weight riding 500 miles per week?

Why aren't there American made components?

Why is wheel overlap bad?

Why can't someone come up with a continuously variable transmission for a bike?

Why do so many drivers seem to hate cyclists?

Why can't we have bike lanes or wide shoulders everywhere?

Why doesn't Lance ride more races in the U.S.?

Q: How come I get more flats than everyone else?

A: I should spend more than $15 per tire, replace rim strips more than yearly, and mind where I'm riding.

Q: How come I'm the only one suffering in this peloton?

A: taco bell, ice cream, pabst blue ribbon

Q: Why can't I ride faster?

A: taco bell, ice cream, pabst blue ribbon, cheap tires, old rim strips, picking a poor line

Q: Why does the bike go right when you point the wheel left? :-)

A: cheap tires and old rim strips OR pabst blue ribbon

Q: Why are bike tires as expensive are car tires?

A: what? i haven't seen any over $15. must be foreign.

Q: Why am I not losing weight riding 500 (150) miles per week?

A: taco bell, ice cream, pabst blue ribbon.

Q: Why aren't there American made components?

... as I mentioned as you and Miss M pulled away on those little hills in St. Mary's county, I essentially ride about 2.5 bikes as is, but that's not what I mean.

When I was maybe 16, a friend of mine left his Varsity at my house (Mom drove him home after dark one night). I ferried the bike to him by riding mine with my left hand on his bike's stem. I recall this as being a SERIOUS ordeal.
So, PBR is bad?Ice cream is bad?! OMG!look271
