Pedal "stack heights" Campag Profit v Look 396madbadger

Planning a new frame next year I really like the look of Campag Profit pedals, lighter than my Looks aswell. However, as the campag spindle seems to be much closer to the pedal platform, how much should I drop my saddle by to maintain the same saddle to spindle height?
Sorry if this seems a bit "anal", but it could take 1cm off my frame size & save 25 grams on my frame weight. Then I could ride faster, win races every weekend, quit taking performance enhancing drugs....hahahahahahahahaha.......NURSE!!!!

25 grams....Oh boy....ride some more...cut the icecream... get 2 pounds off your fat belly :-). That would be real weight savings! :-)
