I'm really getting sick of people using this board to express their political views. With the all of the problems this last week, I use this board as a "escape" from the news coverage. Please don't get me wrong, I'm very concered about the events of the last week and I keep up on all the lastest information on CNN, MSNBC, etc,. Lets use this board for cycling and cycling related topics. PLEASE!!!!
Yes bikes! can't wait for the century ride tommorrow!!!!!!nmk

If someone is sharing a view in a civil fashion, I have no problem with it. I can agree to disagree, but I don't want to take away anyone's right to speak their mind. If we ban political views, what's next? Banning people from showing a preference to Campy or Shimano? Somewhat facisiously, of course.

A lot of the posts people complain about the most are just trolls from someone looking for a reaction. Don't give them what they want by responding. Just ignore it if it's stupid, basically. If it's something like the racist crap below, everyone knows that they are an idiot. Just feel sorry that they feel that way, arguing isn't going to change them.
