Do you plan on doing the shoo-fly classic on this Saturday ? We have more info @ Berksbicycle.com It starts at 8:00am. If you decide to do it, let me know. Love to meet another person from the board ! Should be kind of chilly in the morning though (I think I heard 48 degrees).
Nope. Can't.look271

Was planning on doing a local century on Sunday, but wifey nixed that. I am, however, definately doing the "Gap Gallup" the following Sunday, Sept 23rd. You going to do that? http://www.lehieghvalleywheelmen.org.(I think that's the link...) I think JL was the one that told me about that one.....JL, you doing that one?

I'll have to check that one out & see if it passes the wife. How hilly ?? I'm afraid, because I think I remember you loving the hills a little too much ! I lost 3 1/2 weeks of riding due to vacation & business travel & family obligations, and I'm afraid really bad hills right now would hurt ! This Saturday would actually be my first century. I've come close...72 miles...so I should make it.
It'll be my 1st this year, too.look271

I know there's at least one good climb. I've never done it, but I've skied near there and they're going up the road that goes past the ski area (Little Gap is the name of the pass). I'm told the last 25 miles are predominantly downhill. This is good. Would be cool if some of the board posters could do it, or another century out here in the east.
