Anyone knows what is the recommended torque for the crankarm nuts for the DuraAce crankset? I left my manual at my LBS 2 weeks ago and they don't have it, just went there and asked. I have been using 45ft/lb so far.
40ft/lb NMnestorl

Torques and moments are expressed as force*distance... therefore it would 40 lb*ft not 40 ft/lb. A little science knowledge for you guys.
