I have quite small hands and always feel difficult to reach the break either from hood or from drop. Any advise/suggestion? Thanks

I have the same problem. I first made sure the levers were installed correctly; they are. I am replacing my handlebar with a DedaElementi 215 Anatomic. The reach is shorter and the top is flatter. I think the website is www.dedaelementi.com, where you can check out the dimensions. Zonabici.com has best price I've found but if you order from them shipping high $. But still cheaper than other places. Order some other stuff too so shipping will be less per item (at least that's how I am justifying it). I am going to end up with a headset, stem and the handlebar.

The Morphe bar is designed for this. It also has a shallow drop and the top flats curve back a cm or so to minimize the reach.
