I'm a newbie (on this board) so be gentle.

My usual commute goes through Concord MA and I see a lot of group rides going through. Does anyone here know what club it is and how to join? I'm getting sick of riding alone.

Concord/Lexington, man you can'y get much better scenic biking! I used to live in metro-Boston and used to ride that bike path from Beantown out to your area.

I live in Florida now. Sorry but I don't know of any groups. Have you checked out all the local bike shops? They are the ones who will know.

Excellent riding in the fall with the change of foilage, hope you hook up with a group soon !

My guess would be the Charles River Wheelmen. I think they do a lot of evening and weekend group rides leaving from from the Metro West area of Boston. The rides are usually casual and may go to an IceCream Parlor or pizza place. The link to join is on the site.

NEBC is more of a racing group form what I have heard but it could be them you see as well.

If you are looking for mountain bikes try Rage. They are a great group of people and have rides going off just about every night. You can just sign up for their email list.

Good Luck!
