|I thought it was made entirely of Ti?!?!?! At least the picture on the L/S website indicated that. Oh well, chalk one up for marketing.|

|The Look KG381 is even more impressive. The carbon seat stays on the Ghisallo are nice. I wonder if they are even needed on steel and Ti frames. Worthwhile design or marketing hype? I've seen a few builder's spec cheets for carbon stay versions of existing bikes and it adds weight most of the time. I know they can help smooth out an oversized tube aluminum frame's ride.
Serotta is about to sell carbon main triangle frame with Ti stays. Where will it end? Who knows? If it actually works to your desire and you have the $, all the better.

|I know how it can be when I look at bikes I really like. I sometimes need spank out a batch and I can get a little sore too. Bicycles can be like porno for the enthusiast. Buy the Litespeed.|

|Nah. They're too. well, ORDINARY. Not that it's a bad bike; I don't get into the bike bashing. I can't decide which of the Looks to buy! (Not really-I'm just dreaming-my wife would literally kill me!)|

|The Kings of Titanium go to Aluminum to build their ultralight bike? Very interesting. And a sloping top tube to boot. Perhaps they're merging their road and mtb lines on a single platform?
The paint job looks like the result of Ernesto Colnago's air brush guy smoking a little too much hash while on holiday in Tunis.

|i saw most of the new Litespeed line 2 weeks ago in person. talking with the rep, LS will make 4 aluminum frames for 2002. ALL will have carbon stays. They will also have 2 compact ti frames. One of which is the Ghisallo, the other is a heavier, less expensive version. All frames except the Classic will use an integrated headset. The Blade also has carbon stays. The frames looked sweet in person|

|The only bike with the carbon stays are the Ultimate and the two(four) AL bikes. The Ghisallo has ti stays.|| |
