What shoes would work good for mtn and road?jjay

I just recently got back into road riding. Been mtn biking for the last couple years. I have SPD's on my new road bike as well as my mtn bike so I've been riding in my mtn bike shoes. Are there any shoes that would work well for mtn and road so I don't have to fork out the big bucks for two pairs? Actually my mtn bike shoes have been working fine but they are pretty worn out.

I've been happy with my Specialized Body Geometry Pro MTB Shoes. I spent about 2 hours at Supergo trying on all of them. What I liked best is they are roomy. I ride both road and mtb too, but at $150 I'm not sure I want to use these too much on trails. I might get a second lower cost pair for MTB.

These are a carbon soled MTB shoe. I use them for MTB racing as they are a little stiff for hiking and just messing around but they have excellent power transfer, almost as good as my carbon soled Nike Poggio road shoes.

I love these shoes. I wear them both on my MTB and road bike -- more on the road bike, in fact. They are easily the most comfortable bike shoes I have ever had, they have an excellent sole, and they look great.
