Does anyone have experience with the Fit Kit. What I am interested in is if you feel the cleat adjustment that they do works in preventing knee problems or has anyone had the opposite experience where it created knee problems. Thank you.

I had a fit kit done when I got my Pro-Fit pedals. I believe that it was well worth the money spent. It took any guess work out of cleat placement for me. I rode Time for 10 years before switching to the campy pedals and I wanted to make sure that I got the proper setup. It is an investment worth making if you ask me.
