Anyone know about WILIER TRIESTINA?wes

Doing some research. I had actually decided on getting a Pinarello, but have started to find some great prices on WILIER TRIESTINA, especially ALPE D'HUEZ. Does anyone know about these frames and how they compare with the larger players (Pinarello, Colnago...)

I ride the 2001 Alp d'huez and absolutely love it. I was on a Serrota and switched in May. It is superstiff, quick, light (mine is about 16.9 lbs with chorus and race wheels), and is so comfortable because of the carbon seat stays. everybody on the team I ride for has one and I haven't heard a single complaint. I hear good things about the Pinarellos. I have heard a lot of negative comments about the Colnagos and not just from Johan Museeuw. Team Liquigas rides the Wiliers and they've actually done some good this year.

He rode the nags while on Mapei. Now he rides Eddy's bikes. After Paris Roubaix he said something to the effect of the bikes this year were great and didn't present any problems. I don't think he openly slammed the nags it was more implied. I would have to dig through the cyclingnews.com archives to find out what he said exactly.
