was in an accident and the bike is totalled. I've stripped it to bare frame, watched the 98 and 99 TDF and the 01 tdf (40hours) and "Der Ring des Nibelungen" (17 hour long opera cycle, any other wagnerites out there?) several times..... drool over the Fuji team issue i'm gonna get in a month.....debate with myself whether DA or ultegra.... and check this board everyday....

now i'm begin to run out of things to do...

Go to the bikeshop and stock up on cycling gear! The next best thing to cycling is shopping (yes, SHOPPING!) for cycling stuff! Oooh, just gotta have that carbon fork!

I swim at the YMCA or in Lake Michigan. Since cross is not too far away, I've been gimping around the jogging paths trying to resemble a runner. I suck, but I've got to get my legs under me for the runups. That and I've promised my girlfriend I'll do some triathlons with her next year. She cornered me when I dropped a bundle for a wetsuit and I had to integrate the expense into spending time with her. I thought doubling the length of open water swimming season was enough. Ha ha ha! - I'm such a moron.
