I am 6 feet tall with and inseam of 33 inches or 83.82cm.

Can I fit comfortably on a 60cm frame?

The short answer...maybe. Assuming you measured your inseam correctly (if in doubt look at http://www.coloradocyclist.com/BikeFit/index.cfm or http://www.wrenchscience.com/WS1/main3.asp?url=Road/frames/index.asp and click on "Help Size Me"), then I would need to know your reach, which the wrench science website listed above will help determine. Here are some additional links that should help you:

Chris Huber advocates finding your frame by taking your inseam measurement x .66 for your center-to-center frame size. You would need to add about 1.5 - 1.8cm to this value to get your center-to-top frame size.
