I somehow got chain oil on my brake blocks. Anybody know what to clean them with so I dont get the squealing and pulsating? I tried a wipedown and I can no longer feel any oil anywhere but they still dont work right. Man do I feel dumb.

Wipe down with ordinary rubbing alcohol, and follow up with a soapy water scrub. Rinse, then wipe dry. Should do the trick. While you've got the wheels off, you can also lightly sand the brake pad with 100 grit sandpaper to freshen up the surface. Be sure the pads have a vey slight toe-in.
