Park has some here: http://www.parktool.com/workshop/torque.htm. Campy's web site has many of their product manuals online in the technical documentation section, and torque specs are in the manuals.

For example, the two key Campy parts requiring a torque wrench (bottom bracket and cassette) both have the torque specs stamped right on them. Won't get you esoteric figures like seat post bolts or handlebar clamps, but these are two of the most important anyway

Sears, Home Depot, etc.... might be cheaper and possibly better.

There's a page of torque values in Zinn's road bike book that lists lots--it's on 269.
