|That's what they tell me at work when I'm short-tempered. Everybody says they can tell which days (few, thank God) I had to drive to work, because I'm so grouchy when I don't ride.
I have to remind them that before I started bike commuting, I was grouchy all the time.

|Tell me, do you go a little nuts when you ride? Do you talk to the trees, moo at the cows, bark at the dogs, chirp at the birds, meow at the cats, refer to the trees on your left as your "lassies" the ones on your right as your "laddies", do you have one-way converstions with Fausto Coppi and tell him to stop whining and get with it, is Lance Armstrong telling you to slow down the pace and ease up, are you in love with your bike????? If not, something is wrong, you are not a cyclist......

|If you do an epic yesterday and then can't do anything today due to family plans or the weather |
intervenes, or what have you.
But I find that on days when I'm fresh I feel like I could go forever. At night I dream about it
and during the days I can't I can't concentrate much at work since I want to go riding more than
I want to work.
Sad case, eh?

|This weekend provided 2 beautiful days in San Francisco. I did 60 yesterday. Today I did 40, stopped and got new helmet pads, came home, drank some Endurox, got on the internet, ordered some endurox, read a few messages in this forum and decided to go back out and do a quick 10 miles down to the ocean.
BTW, I actually take medication for depression, but taking a Bianchi is better than Effexor any day!
