Does anybody have any experience with the Chicagoland Bicycle Store in terms of mail order dependability, reputability, return policy, etc? I'm considering making a mail order purchase with them and have no past experience, nor have I ever heard anybody mention them.

Thanks

I haven't ordered anything from them yet, but I did send an inquiry to their sales dept on two frames I was looking at. Sent it last Friday, haven't heard back yet ...

Thanks very much for your responses. It appears that most of you are very satisfied with Chicagoland. For your information, Chicagoland is having a Campy sale and is offering a Nucleon wheelset for $549.99. Assuming they're in stock, this is an outstanding price. I plan on ordering a set by phone - as recommended.

I ordered a trainer from them and they were very helpful. I had a fit problem with the trainer that they were unable to fix so they put me in direct contact with the manufacturer. I found them very responsive and would definitely buy from them again.
