|I just read your post and would like to give my input. You mentioned you tilted your saddle forward to take pressure of your crotch. I had this same problem, although male, and tried the same. I found this had the opposite effect, putting more pressure on my crotch and also hands as you mentioned. I ended up actually tilting my saddle back; nose up a little. This takes the pressure off the sensitive area and puts it on the sit bones. I think this will help on positioning, The type of saddle is an individual thing, but I have found less padding is better for me, pro padded shorts. Good luck, hang in there.
