Juniors - How Old is Old Enough?wink

My son is very interested in cycling he is only 10. Rides his Mom's road bike (too big) and he keeps up pretty good over 15 miles or so. Do I buy a small road bike for him? Should I wait until he is bigger and older? Do not want to burn him out. You guys got any suggestions?

Speaking as a 15 year old here, i would think riding at an early age would get him into good excercising habits and prolly only be beneficial. get him like a 43cm bike, but those are just my thoughts.
What is your training schedulewink

What kind of equipment do you use? How long have your been training? What does your training schedule consist of? Thanks.
