its been coming with the high heat on the east coast..its not the good ozone which is way up in the atmosphere, this stuff is just plain polution...on thursday (which was a high ozone day) i noticed an annoying pain on deep breaths which lasted for hours after i rode...anyone else had similar experiences..the epa web site says to avoid as much outdoor exposure as possible on these days especially if you have sensitive lungs, are a child, or are ashmatic, that sucks, i feel i should sue somebody....long term exposure will decrease your lung elasticity and capacity says the epa
I too have had that problem..Cartman

usually it occurs in the afternoon. On real hot and humid days, try to ride early when it's cooler. I've only had it happen a few times, and man does it suck!
