Aug 8, 2001 4:54 AM | | If they're under your jersey, the straps can't slip off your shoulders and down to your elbows. Most racers wear bibs. Have you ever seen one with the straps outside a jersey? However, if your buddy who wears them outside his jersey likes them that way and hasn't had any problems with them, why spoil his fun? ;-) |
