I've seen figures in that range. That's about 2-4 ounces.

May as well just buy a steel painted and chromed frame that weighs a little more than Ti, looks better, and is way cheaper.

Invest the money you save by choosing steel instead of Ti. In a few years you will have accumulated enough money to buy another steel frame. Of course you probably won't need one for another 10 years or more. It is almost like a frame-for-life in effect because the money you save by choosing steel finances your future purchases. You are in a much better position financially by choosing steel. Plus you have a great looking, riding frame that is easy to repair, and is already painted.
THANKS GUYS.bear

I already have a TI bike and hate the looks of it,,love the ride but the Looks makes me sick when I see the pinarello and other Italians bikes go by. I trhink I will painted it r the winter, or buy a PARIS? mmmmmmmm
