Making Sponsorship Portfolio?Nick C

Hi.
I just got back from Junior Track Worlds and am starting to look for sponsorship. I figure the best way to make myself most appealing to potential sponsors would be to create a sponsorship portfolio. What items should I include in it? Feel free to email me with any ideas.
If anyone is interested the pictures from the trip are at:

Thanks,

I've never done this, but the questions that you have to ask are:

1. What is in it for my sponsor? Why track cycling?

2. Why should they pick me?

At minimum, you have to let a potential sponsor know what your program/schedule will be, where the high points are, what kind of exposure they will be getting, and who will be seeing their name/product etc. Past results (big victories, newspaper mentions, etc.) would be important. The bottom line for them is how sponsoring you will help their business...

Nice picture, short bio, since you are a junior how about academic honors, etc.

I dunno...just a start.
