When I ride my legs burn out before I even get breathing hard. For instance, today I was cruising at 25mph and after about 10min. I just couldn't keep the pace. I wasn't breathing hard, infact I could even keep my mouth closed. Is this odd? Or do i just need to raise my LT.But on the hills it is a different story, legs and lungs burn.

Thanks,

Bradley

You need to mellow itout and take a few dys down! Seriously, you aren't burning out, you are just over training.

Take some time off, eat a few donuts and relax! When you get back on the bike you will feel as fast as the North Wind and as strong as an ox!
