|I'm looking for a set of changeable-lens bike glasses that will work with progressive lens bifocal inserts. I tried a pair of Bolle's, but the slip-in lens holder didn't seem to work with bifocal lenses.
Anyone have any experience with a setup that works for them?

|I have had Bolle Edge II for about 6 years and I had them put in the Bifocal window in the clip on. They have worked just fine. I was informed that they either couldn't make progressives in that small a frame or I wouldn't be satisfied if they did. I can't recall now. In any case, the regular bifocal works just fine. Have them make as small a window as possible. I had mine done at Eyemasters, a national chain with a satisfaction guarantee.|

|I wear bifocals for reading but I do without them when I ride. I rode with a guy who had small Ben Franklin type glasses that folded up and he carried them in his jersey pocket. If I have a flat I probably couldn't locate the puncture, but I just slap on a new tube and I'm on my way.|

|I have a set of progressive lens inserts for Bolle Vigilantes I purchased through the Optical Shoppe in Sunnyvale, CA. They have a related e-biz known as Extreme Eyewear. Although not inexpensive, I am pleased with the solution.|| |
