I am upgrading my 170mm Ultegra crank to a 172.5mm Durace.
Which BB do I use (My road bike is a C-dale CAAD4).

Size = 68 x 109.5 or
Size = 70 x 109.5

Thanks
68 x 109.5LC

Pretty much all U.S. made bikes use 68mm English thread for the diameter. The 70 is also usually Italian treaded. The 109.5mm is the common lenth of a BB for a Double, and 118mm for a Triple

Read the posts on this board about BB by DA. Not very long lasting. Better to get an Ultegra BB for your DA crank, unless you want to change it every 3 mo, especially if it rains a lot.
