Responding to classified adscwa

What's up with sellers who don't reply to inquiries about whatever it is they're selling? I've sent questions to people who just posted an item but then I don't ever hear from them.
Had that problem!jtolleson

My guess is that they've already sold or decided not to sell and don't have the courtesy to respond to inquiries. When I was shopping the classifieds, this was a pretty chronic problem.
I see the same thingAndy

I just spent the last two months piecing together a TT bike from the rbr classifieds and from eBay. About half the people I contacted here did not respond back. I think some sellers must get a lot of responses and cannot email everybody. I try to give them a break even though a non-response it is not very courteous.
how much time are you giving them?bianchi boy

I post ads from my computer at home in the evenings, so I can't respond to e-mails until the following afternoon of evening when I get home from work. Others are probably in the same boat. It's not good policy to sell items using your computer/e-mail at work, in my book.
