Performance is running "ultrabibs" or something like that on special, $95 theoretical retail value for $56. Down in Voler bib territory, which doesn't mean they're better than Volers, but just wondering.

after almost buying a new seat due to numbness and discomfort i picked up a pair of new bib shorts on ebay by louis g. its all i really needed. well cut and comfortable for me and just the right padding for what i needed (20 - 60 mile rides). there a bit understated which i like as all my jersey's are stupidly garish. for sizing i would say that giordana and castelli run close to the same sizes.

i could have bought better but i dont see castelli bibs going for anywhere near the price.

ciao, ben

Go to zonabici.com you can get castelli progetto y2 for 75EUR or 65US. Get a couple pair and it makes the s/h way worth it. See how much they are elsewhere... and compare.

BTW- I do not work for or am I in any way affiliated with them. I have purchased the shorts and Sidi shoes from them recently and was very impressed....FWIW

I've got some LG shorts and they are great. I'm tempted to buy a pair of the bibs myself because the shorts fit me so well.
