Hello.. i want to get a road bike but i dont know what frame and fork size is good for me. I am 6'3 and i have long legs. Is there anything like a chart on the internet? I am also looking for some bikers like me to cruise together in san diego.. send me an email if you are interested.. i mostly ride in mira mesa and sometimes i go coronado too..

Your description of your dimensions is too vague for us to suggest frame sizing. I suggest you check out:

This has very good instructions on how to size yourself for a frame.

I might also suggest going into a good LBS in your area and get a fitting done.

I live in San Diego. Go to a good LBS, try some bikes and get fit. Black Mountain Bicycles or Bike USA are good shops. There is one at Sorrento valley but the one at Kearny Mesa is bigger. There are tons of roadies in San Diego and several clubs that have weekly rides. Go to the following page for info:

You should be looking at a large frame 60-62cm. The bike will usually come with a fork so there is no need to worry about its size. I'm 6'2" and ride a 60cm but could use a larger size.
