I have an Ouzo Pro fork...need a comuter that has a sending unit to fit around the fork...do they all fit wide forks now? the cateye I was going to use (had it around the house) was for a narrow fork...And, any suggestions on a lightweight unit with auto start-stop? I don't want to be bothered with turning it on each time I ride...I want it to start on it's own despite how long it has been asleep.....

Meets all your specs...also is wireless (clean and easy to install).

Seems to be the same as a unit that Performance sells...it looks identical and is cheaper. Check it out, too.

I got mine at Bikeworld.com last year...$69 shipped. I just checked their site, they don't carry the same model right now. Performace still has their version of it, and it's on sale...check out http://www.performancebike.com/shop/Profile.html?SKU=11753

It looks identical to the VDO and the specs are the same, so for sure it is just a private label of the same unit. Only difference is the color of the buttons...the VDO buttons are red/yellow, the Performance is blue/gray. It is a good unit though, you can set the tide timer to start/stop automatically, or use it as a stopwatch and start/stop it with buttons. I have the transmitter mounted to what I would consider a "fat" carbon fork (Calfee).

It's $39.99 in the latest Catalog. It's been replaced by VDO with the Cytec C15+ which is different and has three buttons. I had the VDO/Performance version but the LBS replaced it because the first and second units went blotto. The Cytek version works fine.
