|true to size, if not even a little roomier... but if you're asking because you are getting ready to place an order over the 'net... go to a bike shop and TRY THEM ON. Feet are just too important, and every company's last is different.|

|... 'bout the best comparision I can make for you is... I wear a size 14 'Merican which is "like a glove" in size 49 Sidi (regular width... not MEGA).
According to Sidi's size chart http://www.sidiusa.com/shoe_size.htm this is spot on. Note that Sidi's site also warns women that they may have to 1/2 size up.
Be the bike.

|Sidis size true but have a narrow fit in the forefoot and toebox, average to narrow in the heel.
I measure a 10.5, C width, 10.5 arch length US on a brannock device and fit a 44 EU in a Sidi shoe.

|i dont think they run narrow at all....i had a pair of shimano mnt shoes that were really narrow. i dont have wide feet, but i cant have any pressure on the sides of the ball of my foot..
i have 2 pairs of sidis, and i think they fit great and have had no problems with the fit.

|I bought Sidi Dynamics & I was happy with the fit, although with all the E-choices, you don't know until you try them on. The width was no problem, although I did get 42.5 & I wear an 8.5US. By comparison, I did get a ski boot in 42 & they feel a little tight (.5 sizes were unavailable). The .5 size made for a nice fit.|

|not only true to size, but they are unbelievably consistent. i've been wearing sidi's for over 20 years, and the last pair of 42's i bought (just this month) fit my 8 1/2 feet just like the first pair of 42's i ever bought, and just like every pair of 42's i've bought in between. sidi's rock!!! the only way you can improve 'em is to throw in a pair of peterson's powerbed insoles. all of my shoes have 'em.
ps. prev. poster is right, they do run a tad bit on the narrow side.

|That anyone thinks these puppies run narrow. Hmmm. I guess the biggest lesson is to try them on locally before ordering.|

|You need to try them on. Everyones feet are a little different. My left shoe fits great, but I have had to adjust the cleat location on the right shoe. I also leave the right straps about 1/4" looser. I have to have plenty of room to let my feet move around or they will get hot spots.|| |
