|I found this site embedded in a post in another forum. The site offer suggestions about treating road rash and why you should keep the wound moist. The site also has a few pictures of road rash, but nothing too gruesome. The URL is: http://bravesoldier.com/site/page.cfm?PageID=26|

|I've tried their products and don't think they're that great. In fact the tea oil stuff actually gave me a darker scar. YMMV.|

|You're right about that. The pictures of the guy with the huge gash in his arm gave me nightmares for about a week. It looked like someone took a meat cleaver to his arm. The funny part of it is that his buddies turned the whole thing into an extended photo op, taking pictures at the location of the fall, in the car on the way to the hospital, at the hospital, etc. Dude was a good sport and apparently has a high pain threshhold.|

|...if you are prone to launch at the slightest hint of blood. I never went to the "Carnage Gallery" the first time. When I mentioned the site has a few photos of road rash, but nothing too gruesome, I was referring to the photos on the page of the URL I posted. I felt especially bad for the female doctor who had a run in with the bridge...OUCH!|| |
