I have used a full kevlar saddle for years and haven't noticed any fuzzing except on a pair of Pearl Izumi shorts. I'm not sure if the saddle is the culprit or if it's just the shorts themselves. My other shorts (Aussie, trek/klein brand, FOX brand) do not have this problem.

Even if the saddle caused it on those shorts, it isn't really noticeable unless you take a close look.

I love the full Kevlar saddle because I find that during very sweaty (or rainy) rides my butt does not slip around as much as on a leather saddle. It also holds up better in crashes.
My kevlar sided saddle ate up my bibs....2 Phil's and a Dean

Don't recommend the combination.

I have a 2000 Specialized S-works FSR with a Kelvar Saddle. i also have Kathmando riding shorts and a pair of kniks (brand wore off years ago). Ive had no problem with these combinations... in fact the kevlar saddle is nice and grippy without grabbing anything, I guess what Im saying is its not slippery like leather can be.
