Gearing for Mt. RainierLC

What gearing setup would make the big hill seem like a mole hill? I am used to climbing, but afraid I might tire pushing too big a gear. I have a 39/53 and a 30/42/52 crankset ready to go, along with 12-23 or 12-27 cassettes. I would hate to put the triple on if I don't need it. Here is the elevation profile if that helps:

LC,
Used my handy dandy gear chart and 39x27=39, 30x23=35, 30x25=32, 30x27=30. These are gear inch #'s. I ride a 25x30 in a triple because I want to be able to ride anywhere in the US and climb the hill, I have 1 paved road in my area that I have a hard time keeping the front wheel on the ground and grind up that section of hill at 4mph standing with HR in the 170 range. FWIW...30x27=too easy, might try a setup that gets you close to one of those #'s to test.
