|thanks for the good advices folks.. i will definetely goto amazon.com and buy a training book about road biking.. but until then i have to know something else.. since i ride really often and as fast as i can, i have protein bars and protein drinks. which ones would be good for me? and when should i eat this stuff?? before riding? or after riding?? or whenever i want? and one more thing!! i ride in sunny san diego cali.. whoever lives close and wants to join me are always welcome..
