175's OR 180's for good spin with long legs?LOOOONG LEGS

So, I have super long legs ( I am 6'5" and ride a 65cm frame)and 180mm crank arms feel great on my road bike - no knee pain, good power, and decent spin. Recently, I started riding a fixed gear with 175mm arms and now I question which is better for form....175mm or 180mm crank arms. I feel like I can spin the hell out of the fixed gear, BUT I HAVE TOO! I've never ben forced to spin like that on the road bike and now I wonder - which is better? Any pros/cons?

what is the length of the top tube on your bike, and what size stem are you running? You obviously have a slightly longer inseam than myself, but I'm just curious what length top tube you have since you're about my same height?

thanks!
