Is there any network besides OLN that carries the Tour De France this year? I sure hope so.

CBS Sports coverage of the 2001 Tour de France begins on Sunday, July 15 (5:00-6:00 PM, ET). The special race coverage continues on Sunday, July 22 (3:00-4:00 PM, ET) and concludes with the final stage on Sunday, July 29 (2:00-3:00 PM, ET).

Three-time Emmy Award-winner Armen Keteyian will call the action for CBS Sports along with "the voice of cycling," Phil Liggett and industry veteran and former pro rider Paul Sherwen.

OLN will broadcast live on Saturday, July 7, at 11:30 a.m. with the prologue at Dunkirk, with 9:30 a.m. live coverage each day from July 8 through the finale in Paris on July 29. Re-airs are at 9 p.m. each night.

OLN's broadcast team includes Phil Liggett, Bob Roll, Paul Sherwen and Sam Posey.

You called it right Elefantino.
Better keep that so it can be cut and paste ad nauseam.

I checked their website and on Sundays, they only show a 2 hour slot from 9-11 pm. I guess they had to give that up for CBS. By the way, CBS cracks me up. They are calling it their "spectacular tour coverage", or something like that. We lose live coverage and then only get one OLN broadcast on Sundays. Oh yeah, that is real spectacular. Screw CBS!
