Dust Caps, Ultegra STI Brake Levers, replacement info?DINOSAUR

Somehow I managed to fracture the left plastic brake cap for my Ultegra STI brakes and a small piece of plastic broke off. I examined the right one and it is fractured also, but it has not broken apart yet. My LBS says they do not stock this part and I have to order directly from Shimano. I clicked on Shimano's website and they do not sell directly to the public and I have to order through a dealer. Has anyone ordered a pair of these? I recall reading a post a while back about replacing and where to order.
Anyone who has any info, where to order, and possibly a part number, I would greatly appreciate it. I patched up the broken portion with a small piece of duct tape, it will work, but it looks kind of funky.
If I recall they were sort of expensive at $12.00 a piece, but I have no choice...

This is the small plastic part that snaps onto the brake levers. They are famous for making a buzzing noise...

have you tried Colorado Cyclist, Excel Sports, or Loose Screws (they're on vacation right now)? Other places to try - Bullteksports.com, Speedgoat.com (not sure how much roadie stuff they do but great customer service) cbike.com, lickbike.com, then there's always jensonusa, performance, supergo... Good luck.

They're in Indy, website www.bgindy.com. Not positive, but I think they stock them, and will sell online. Good luck.
