I'm building up a set of Open Pros (28 hole radial front; 32 hole 3x drive, radial non-drive). Do you think it's worth the $50 bucks to spring for the Dura-Ace hubs over the Ultegra?

The DA units will last longer and they look better. I haven't checked recently, but there may even be a tad bit of weight savings. In any event, you're going for some great rims, which, when they die, can be replaced and you'll continue to use the DA hubs. So the DA hubs are a decent long term investment.

Don't get talked into Wheelsmith spokes and nipples either - go DT Swiss - they're better (stronger), check with any quality LBS and they'll confirm. Cruise the dtswiss.com website for more info.
