|I have a great book on general stretching - I believe it's just called Stretching ( A search on Amazon.com should find it easily). A couple URLS on the IT band syndrome:

I found dozens of sites, but this one at least has some rudimentary diagrams as well as descriptions:

|Try Howtostretch.com. I've done some and seemed to work. They seem more towards Yoga though.
