|My family and I spent the weekend (bikeless) at my inlaws. Pain. agony. But...here goes..my wife sent me home alone, this morning, to be alone in our home until Thursday AM. What does that mean?? I road 50 miles this afternoon. I'll ride Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Maybe in the early AM or in the evening, or hell, maybe both. Keep the ties, and the grill tools - gimmee free time to ride! see you all on the road!|

|Well, having 7 kids always makes Father's day a good day for me. I had so many homemade cards around breakfast I could hardly get to my cereal. No new bikes for me but I did get my first bike jersey from my oldest son. We had to try it out so went for an afternoon ride on a most wonderful day here in KY. Hope all you other dad's had a great day though I must say I think I have the greatest kids.|

|My wife dragged my two little ones off to the electronics store yesterday and purchased a dish and two receivers so that I can watch cycling on OLN this summer. Now, I can watch the races and go out on my Litespeed (last year's b'day present) and play pretend like the juvenile I am.

And then there were the tears, the wails, etc. But we had fun. And daddy's plenty tired from running up and down the street, holding on, letting go, catching, picking up (I guess that's what it's all about, huh?). The only blood of the day, by the way, was on daddy.
And I also got a watch.

|I have three children - two of which have learned to ride the all important "two wheeler". I have spent many an exhaustive evening running behind my daughters. The only negative to all this is that they get a taste of freedom. That means someday they might want to leave their Dad. bummer.
On a positive note...my 2 1/2 year old son now rides his sisters old bike with training wheels. He pedals and turns like a pro. My daughters didn't ride a bike that young. What do you think...TDF 2022???

|daughter for the rest of your life."
Romantic, but rubbish. No "might" about it. I think that they leave. But they never leave altogether, I don't think.
