How do you learn what the pro's are really riding. Is there a site to go to or what? People are always saying that the bike is really a lightspeed or something. How do they learn this information?

You won't find this information in a single spot. It comes up in news reports, magazine articles, discussion groups like this one, etc. Some comes from "sharp eyes" looking at racing pictures - a couple of years ago, it was pretty obvious that Richard Virenque was riding a Litespeed Vortex, and that Lance Armstrong was time trialing on a Litespeed Blade. The European magazines are more thorough about this sort of thing, but often you need to be able to read German, Dutch, French, or Italian. You could do us all a favor by doing some web searches on the topic and reporting back!
